Request account deletion
You can request deletion of your FWBC app account and associated personal data even if you no longer have the app installed.
How to submit your request
- Email us from the address associated with your FWBC account.
- Use the subject FWBC account deletion request.
- Include your full name and ask us to delete your FWBC app account and associated data.
Requests are handled at fwbc04@gmail.com.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify ownership of the account. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the Firebase Authentication account, profile data, device notification registrations, and other personal app data that is not required for an ongoing membership, unresolved payment, security purpose, or legal obligation.
Transaction and reservation records may be retained when required for tax, accounting, chargeback, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legal purposes. Retained records are limited to those purposes and removed according to applicable retention requirements.
Important: deleting the app account does not automatically cancel an active club membership, recurring billing agreement, or outstanding balance. Include any membership-cancellation request in your email so FWBC can explain and process the applicable cancellation steps.
